Benaissa El-mernissi is a chemical engineer graduated from École polytechnique de Montreal (2012) with relevant experience in industrial hydrometallurgical process operation. After getting his university technical diploma (DUT) in process engineering from École supérieure de technologies, Fès, morocco and a customized one year trainee in mining valorisation techniques at École des maîtrises minières OCP, Morocco, he worked as a production foreman at the phosphoric acid plant (OCP) morocco for 7 years. He also worked for more than two years at 5N Plus INC, first as technologist at the Hydromet. Lab. and as process development engineer thereafter.
