Hamidreza Kebriaei, M. Sc., MBA
Senior Metallurgist & Project Study Manager

Hamidreza Kebriaei is a senior metallurgist with more than 25 years experience in mineral processing, including expertise in operations, engineering, and consulting.  Ha has M.S. degree in mining engineering from Tehran University and recently got his MBA from Concordia University.

The main aspects of his experience are green field projects process design and economic assessment from PEA to PFS, FS and bankable FS. He has been involved in many studies of gold and iron ore projects here in Canada which some of them are now in operation.

The other aspect of his expertise is oriented in case study and optimization of projects, this could be in design phase, construction and commissioning phase or in operation. He also did some technical assistance for different operating plants that included process improvement as well as equipment and GA modifications.

Before joining IGS Impact Global Solutions, Mr. Kebriaei worked for Norda Stelo (Montréal, 2012-2016), Met-Chem (Montréal, 2005-2012), Iran International Engineering (Teheran, 1999-2004), Pooland Consulting Engineers (Teheran, 1995-1999), Chador Malu Iron Ore Complex (Iran, 1991-1995), Minakan  (Iran, 1990-1991) and Ministry of Mines and Metals (Teheran, 1988-1990).

NORDA STELO
Laurentiu Fulea, Chemist, B. Sc.
Laboratory Solutions Manager

Laurentiu Fulea holds a bachelor degree in chemistry and physics from Univ. Al. I Cuza, European Union and certificate in Chemical Analyses from UQAM.  He cumulates over 12 years experiences as laboratory chemist and manager while acting for many labs around the world:  Actilab pharma (Montreal), ALS Chemex (Val d’or), Mineralslab (Mexico), Technilab SGB (Canada), ALS (Bourkina Faso) and ALS (Moritania) for Kinross, ALS (Kasakhstan).  More recently he worked on Merian project for Newmount (Suriname).

Sean Nakhaie, P. Eng., M. Sc.
Unit operation design & Process engineering

Sean Nakaie is a versatile engineering professional with a master degree in mechanical engineering from University of Western Ontario (UWO), London (2012) and a master degree in chemical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago, IL (2007).  Sean cumulated over 3 years of industry experience and a fairly diverse background from Research and Development with GreatPoint Energy in US/Chicago in the field of coal conversion/gasification to Oil and Gas experience in various roles encompassing Project and Mechanical Engineering assignments with major EPCM companies including Stantec Consulting and Gemini Corporation in Calgary, Alberta. Areas of specialties include: process design and simulation, heat & material balances, PFD/P&ID development, HVAC, heat transfer and heat exchanger design, fluid mechanics/hydraulics and fractionation units.

Benaissa El-mernissi, Jr. Eng.
Hydromet & Chemical Process Operation

Benaissa El-mernissi is a chemical engineer graduated from École polytechnique de Montreal (2012) with relevant experience in industrial hydrometallurgical process operation.  After getting his university technical diploma (DUT) in process engineering from École supérieure de technologies, Fès, morocco and a customized one year trainee in mining valorisation techniques at École des maîtrises minières OCP, Morocco, he worked as a production foreman at the phosphoric acid plant (OCP) morocco for 7 years.  He also worked for more than two years at 5N Plus INC, first as technologist at the Hydromet. Lab. and as process development engineer thereafter.

Mourad Slama, Technologist
Mechanical and maintenance
Mourad Slama is a skilled professional in mechanical engineering, with Professional Master (metallic construction) from École nationale d’ingénieurs de Sfax(ENIS), Tunisie, a diploma (energy) from École de Spécialité at Académie Navale de Menzel Bourguiba, Tunisie, a diploma (mechanical officier from Académie Navale de Menzel Bourguiba, Tunisie and a 2 years’ university diplama (Sciences) from École Préparatoire aux Académies Militaires (EPAM) de Sousse, Tunisie. He worked as preventive and curative maintenance lead – at Société des Travaux de Construction Marines, as Navy mechanical officer (2000-2011) for Marine Nationale(Tunisie). He is in process of OIQ requirement enquiry through mechanical engineering completion at Laval university.
Karim Gana, P.Eng., M.Sc.
Automation and Process Control
Karim Gana is a seasoned professional and Senior Electrical Automation, Instrumentation & Control Engineer with more than 20 years of experience mostly in the heavy industry. He graduating in electrical engineering (Automation Control Systems) and completion of a master degree (Advanced Process Control) both from laval university. he cumulated and impressive, relevant and diversified track record working for many renowned engineering and operating companies such as Laurentide Controls (Emerson Process Management Eastern Canada), Fluor Daniel International, SEREPT OMV Tunisia, Ashtart Offshore Oil and Gas, Tunisia, Cegertec and Worley Parsons, Air Liquide, British Gas LNG Gas Plant OnShore, Sfax, Tunisia, Ultramar Canada. He is P.Eng. Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, Canada and P.Eng. Member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia Canada. Since 2008, he acted as Lead Process Control Contractor and had recently worked on the main followings: • Vale LHPP Nickel Mine Processing Plant, New foundland, Canada. Brahim Khorchani, Technologist

Brahim Khorchani is a skilled technologist with a high school diploma in metrology & instrumentation (2003) from 2003 Université des sciences, Sfax, Tunisie equivalent to electro technics & industrial electronics (), and AEC industrial automation (2010) from Institut de chimie et de pétrochimie, Cegep Maisonneuve, a certificate in industrial process control (2011) from Ecole Polytechnique Montréal and recently (2015) a DEP in electromechanics of automated systems from CFP Québec. His field 10 years’ experience comprised working for PARA NET as Electromecanical lead, for PTL Environment as instrumentation lead, for Hydrotech, as installation technician–water treatment solutions and AMIS (Advanced Medical Instrumentation and Service), as maintenance technician. He also detained an ASP construction and SIMDUT training certificate.

Cosmin Dumitri is a senior professional with over 15 years of experience in plant maintenance and operational problem solving. He is wealth electrical, mechanical and process engineering knowledge in combination with managerial skills and field experience. He was involved in many start-up projects in Canada and Africa.
