Sofyen Bouajila detained a diploma in Accounting, Marketing and Business Administration from College Bart, Quebec (2012). He was acting as sales advisor for Vergin Mobile (2008-2012) were he was awarded as the second best sellers in Canada in his category.  He also acted as as financial advisor, detaining an AMF certificate, with Industrielle Alliance since (2012-2016).  He is presently acting as founder and president of VytaliCards, an advertising and marketing company.

Dominique Diouf, DEA, PhD.

Dominique Diouf holds a DEA in sociology and a DEA in Business studies, a master degree in HR and a PhD in business administration from Laval University.  Dominique has a strong expertise in research, training and management projects in the fields of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Issues and risks Management, Responsible/Impact Investing, Responsible Procurement, Climate/Sustainable Energy Finance, Inclusive Finance, Social Entrepreneurship and Base of the Pyramid Projects.

Ahmed Bouajila, Eng., M.Sc.

    Ahmed Bouajila is a seasoned senior engineer with  extensive and cross-disciplinary background and near 30 years of experience in mineral processing R & D, technical and engineering services. He was involved in liaison, process and technology development, transfer of solutions to operating plants and metallurgical support to developing projects. His mineral processing culture is very large and strong and his expertise covers grinding, flotation, physical separation and extractive metallurgy as applied for base and precious metals, iron ores and industrial minerals. His skills also include team management and coaching, operational and strategic planning, corporative vision and strong understanding of mineral industry needs and processing problem solving. He is author and co-author of 30 papers and one mineral processing patent.  Mr Bouajila was a researcher at GRAIIM/Laval University, project/team leader at CRM/COREM for more than 15, after while he was Director of technology for 3 years. Before recently founding IGS, He was acting as VP metallurgy and ore processing at G Mining Services, a renowned consulting firm, for more than 4 years.

    Emir Klibi, MBA

    Mr. Klibi is detaining a MBA, Modeling and organisational decision, from Laval University (2007).  He is working for RBC as Director of commercial accounts.  He was also acting on board of directors for Club de de volleyball Rouge et Or (2011-2015) and Jeunes Entreprises Capitale-Nationale/Chaudière-Appalaches (2010-2011).

    Mouafek Abada, MBA

    Mouafek Abada is graduated from Université de Sherbrook in taxation in 2006 and is detaining a MBA, accounting, from Laval University (2011). He works in the fields of certification and consulting since 2006 while participating in audit mandates, as Director of certification, both in the private and public sectors.  Among his clients we find auditor general of Québec, not-for-profit companies, governmental bodies, pension funds, band councils (Aboriginal community), retail enterprises, manufacturing and processing enterprises.  He has also participated in various development and updating courses of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (Québec), the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière (APFF), the Quebec Centre of Training in Taxation and other private agencies.  He is acting as tax specialist and Director of certification at MDCB Comptables Professionnels Agrées S.E.N.C.


    Chiraz Khaterchi, MPA

    Chiraz Khaterchi is a human development and human resources analyst with experience in HR strategic planning and leading organizational change that is aligned with organization objectives planning.  She has already finished her master degree from ENAP, Montréal, specializing in HR management and analysis.  After obtaining her diploma (DESS) from Tunisia in 2005, she has worked as adviser in the planning of professional trainee at the Ministère de l’éducation Tunisienne for 5 years. In 2009 she joined the Ministère de développement et de la Coopération internationale (Direction générale de développement humain –Tunisie) as advisor in public administration untill 2011.  She also obtained a master for international studies (Development cooperation) from Graduate School for International Studies of Ewha Woman University – South Korea (2013).
